Though the last 4 months I have scanned 100's of second chance scratchers and I statement is you have really cheated on the wheel Spins 95% only landing on draw points and not prize points. However, my husband and I had 4 draw pick coupons and scratcher and won $50.00 last night. On the prize drawing games to enter, I play 2000.00 points on same draw game and haven't won one game since 2015 from wheel spin point to choose prize
