This was a good company to work with in the beginning. Damaged food for reasonable prices and fair customer service. Now, they are price gouging, the app is dysfunctional, and the customer service is likely AI (due to the nonsensical responses). Very disappointing. I've been unable to get my personal data deleted. Unable to close my account. As someone else already pointed out, this is predatory. Edit: The response to this review is an example: Nonsensical replies indicating no one read a word.

If I could leave this app and company zero stars, I would. They confirmed a payment of a grocery order without even asking me to confirm the order. I signed up for the website, so I could browse what this company had to offer. Little did I know I was going to be scanned out of $45 for groceries I did not choose. 👎👎👎👎👎 Also, they advertise that their food is cheaper than grocery stores, but in reality, it's not.
