Google ruined Gboard. Swift Key provides an excellent alternative, but really needs to show commonly used punctuation marks like apostrophes and quotation marks on the keys rather than having to long press or go to 123 modes. Then it would be perfect! AI isn't necessary as far as I'm concerned.

Loved it until it started redirecting my searches to Bing. Never used, not going to start if it is your product hijacking my searches

I give Swift Key a try about once a year to see if it has improved. I love the layout, but it's interpretation of my typing remains atrocious. For example, I just typed because and it saw it as Benz's. It frequently inserts obscure proper nouns rather than the obvious word I type. Ah well, back to the Google keyboard for another year. Pity. Edit: I'm among many who complain about this. Just fix it instead of referring me to some support page.

The quality has depleted. I don't know what's happened in the last few months, but I cannot get my typing right on this keyboard. My fat fingers keep hitting numbers above and instead of autocorrecting to an actual word used in the English language, I get words like fight and g9ne 🙄 For the first time in almost 10 years, I'm considering switching keyboards
