★★☆☆☆ Worst support, they charge visiting charges (rs 300)and do not support for spare parts. Don't buy any TV from them. I have contacted customer care team, and they say 49-inch TV is under end of life. Why do you charge customer when the product is under end of life ? Worst part the ticket is closed next day without customer intimation

★★☆☆☆ App always shows the wrong estimated delivery date and my product was supposed to deliver today but after calling in me call center they informed it will be delivered after 4 days. Your Ecom and blue dart delivery partners both are pathetic. I didn't receive any call from Blue dart, but your executive called and said that blue dart could not reach us because I was not available.

★★☆☆☆ Please don't buy anything on the mi store app or portal, as they don't have replacement policy, for all my advice is better to buy in other e-commerce sites, and service is one of the worst part in me, please boy scout mi product, they don't even care about customers, don't but any product from this app and brand, my request for everyone, I bought mi vacuum cleaner which came as defective and service engineer not even care about it, he said it's working fine, and there is no replacement.
