I was always able to access the app, but it will no longer allow me. I get regular email with offers from Carrefour, but when I go onto the app, it says my email is not valid. If I try to re register, it says my nie is not valid. This app is now toral rubbish.

It does not work as intended - it ignored the verification code sent via email and then it didn't allow me to access the shopping cart for me to actually make the purchase.

Can't register without a Spanish phone number. Despite being regularly in Spain, I have a UK phone and the number is not accepted. A shame, because the AlCampo app allows it.

This is the third time the Carrefour Drive in Glorias, Barcelona hasn’t been working. An online order was placed to save time, but each time it required me going to the information center and pleading with the "busy staff" to bring the purchased items. The problem was reported previously but every time this is kinda surprised for Carrefour workers
