★★★★★ The doctor is helpful and got personalized WhatsApp text to guide through the process and also adjust the date of delivery and time. The only irritating thing that caused the 1 star - I can't fill up the personal details' cos it will log me out of the app after I click saved but the details not saved. Luckily it doesn't affect the consultation process. Good for people who don't have flu like symptoms n want to avoid going to clinic. Otherwise, will definitely give 5 stars.

★★★★★ The avengers and I were fighting an epic battle against thanos in wakanda when Iron Man took a lotta damage. I quickly whip out my phone and open CarePlus and contacted a doctor which not only saved Iron Man's life but made Iron Man go ultra instinct. Iron Man then went on to defeat thanos and saved the world thanks to CarePlus. 3000/10 would recommend.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible user experience, the app will crash every time the doctor picks up the call. It crashed multiple times during the consultation, so neither of us managed to get more than 2 words out before it crashed.

★★☆☆☆ Listed clinics do not recognize the scheme for walk-in. Tried 3 clinics without any luck.

★★☆☆☆ Keep running into problems when trying to upload NRIC picture into the app. Nothing can be used (not even clinic locator) without the NRIC picture verification, so this app is essentially useless.
