★★★★★ Metro droid is an excellent NFC smart card reader, with a strong focus on transit cards. Using a supported card with Metro droid is easy, and it's even possible to view info that's stored right on the card itself. As a fork of Fare bot, Metro droid provides additional supported cards, and even some NFC based cards that are not specifically used for transit. In any case, Metro droid is a useful NFC reader to view the info stored on many different transit cards and other NFC based cards.

★★★★★ I bought Pasco passport in Japan, and now I'm able to check my balance anytime I want to. Very useful app.

★★☆☆☆ It doesn't work with Ez-Link because now Ez-Link uses CEPAS which the app is described to be incompatible with all phones.

★★☆☆☆ After June update, stopped giving the balance to my Clipper Card. That was the reason for getting this app. Uninstalled.

★★☆☆☆ Cannot scan any ezlink card or flash pay after the recent update
