App was initially buggy continuingly asking to do a firmware update but a day later after speaking with tech support it seems to be fixed. As of now, no health data monitoring on the app for the AICE3, but I'm told it's coming soon which will be nice.

Love the product, but the software disconnects sometimes reach out to their support staff. They are super responsive and friendly and fixing the bugs on Android. I'm using Android 14, and it's recently gotten better

Just bought the Aice3 (36 hrs ago). Have to contact customer service because mine barely cools. Also, the smart information (HR, Temp, Activity) from the sensors takes forever to register on the app. The oxygen saturation shows on Aice3, but NOTHING shows on app. Always says, measuring. The app periodically won't turn off the Aice3. I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. It's very disappointing so far. Major improvements are needed on the app interface and information systems. Disappointing!!

When work it, it works. And when it doesn't connect to the device it doesn't matter what you do the app keep trying to connect over and over again even if you turn off the device and turn on the device it still doesn't work. If even is you force kill the app it still doesn't work. Both the app and the new firmware update is a disaster

I returned my ace for a refund, and it's mostly because of how terrible the software is. It is confusing, and I could never get it working consistently. I broke my rule and bought the product without checking reviews on the app. I'll not be making that mistake again. Trash software makes even a good product trash as well.
