★★★★★ I have this app on my computer I contact Dr Jason Booth. Computer in shop so need it on smartphone have had for years.

★★☆☆☆ It was accepting my login information at first. Then it would log me out. Then it wouldn't accept my personal login information. After a year of calling Mercy care and asking for my "Evidence of Insurance" they still never sent the official document to me. Instead, they sent me some generic paper that doesn't even show effective date of coverage, and a good through date/ or ending date of coverage. They also will not send me a Welcome Packet, or a letter, / my requested doctor change.

★★☆☆☆ Useless app which I uninstalled almost immediately. There appears to be no way of filing grievances via the app. The member handbook, which I attempted to view with the app, is not IN the app, it simply opened the mcp website and downloaded the handbook to my phone. It has a find a provider function, but so does the mcp website. Has an area where I can see what meds I'm on, but I don't need an app for that.
