Very good app does what it says on the tin and a bit more

Worked ok-ish then didn't, probably due an untested update. Reported it but l the tech team want you to fix it. I've told them the symptoms, sent screenshots, deleted the cache, reinstalled the latest version, but budgets still don't work, and they want their customers to fix it in a Zoom call. Lazy engineering at its best. No doubt, they'll post something below saying 'we're sorry you're having issues yada yada yada' but too late. Don't bother, just use it to track your pension if you have too

Unable to use app for the last month. Just says "an error occurred, please try again" and when you press reload, it does the same thing

Pointless app. All this poor app does is provide web links. Totally pointless useless app.

Awful to use, look at and find anything. Where's my contributions for the last tax year? Why does my value state £0.00 when I've made contributions, navigating the app is dreadful, text is merged and overlapping? Not user-friendly, at all.
