Dropped a star, because recently my C class has stopped accurately tracking my start and end locations. Sometimes I drive to work, and the car doesn't recognize that I have arrived and switched the engine off, and I end up with one journey instead of 2 for that days commute.

It crashes all the time. When I start the app, it closes itself. When I call the number recommended, I was waiting in line for more than 30 mins, and then it got cut off without being able to speak to a customer service. I can't call via the in-app contact, as the app crashes when I try to open it???
