★★★★★ Very easy to use and great for small moments of calm during the day but also for longer meditations when you have the time.

★★☆☆☆ I like the app, and the meditations are great (I'm doing a 30-day trial of the subscription version). Based on the quality of the meditations and the music I would become a permanent subscriber, however recently I'm often unable to start the meditations in the app, when I click on one the app just goes back to the home screen, very frustrating and therefore achieving the opposite of the intended relaxation. I've tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app but nothing solves it.

★★☆☆☆ Only one free class, then you MUST REGISTER! Uninstalled.😢

★★☆☆☆ I find it stressful. There are so many notifications and you can't do anything without it pushing premium... I've only had it four days, I don't know if I want premium! I've not had a chance to like it. The one meditation I have had chance to do was ok.
