To credit to company, they replaced device Bios 12.0 perched on 2017 with new 12.0. They really behind there commitment of lifetime warranty after stop working old device. The problem with Bluetooth and app still exists, but somehow I managed to enter information in patient info without endue with symbols and characters. I'm using Samsung Galaxy s21 with Android 11. The only problem is there used to send 7 Day Protocol along with email with Excel file that no longer works just a result of 7 Day

This app has a pretty low rating, but I think it's great. I found it very user-friendly, has the option to track all the statistics needed and i didn't experience any glitches at all.

Can't connect to Bluetooth. No matter what I do. It's paired to my phone by won't show on the app. It tried disconnecting everything to the Bluetooth but still won't show on the app.

App does not connect to my device, all data needs to be input manually. No solutions appear to be present.
