★★☆☆☆ Just doesn't work. I can log in on the website but not the app. Website isn't great was hoping the app would be better, but I can't log in to see.

★★☆☆☆ Lots of flaws with this app. You need to meet up with the app creators at Henry Ford hospital(my chart). Never had a problem with their app. I could renew prescriptions, send text messages to my doctor If I have any questions or concerns. He replied within 24hrs of me texting him. No complaints at all for Henry Ford. Please meet up with Henry Ford app creators for tips.

★★☆☆☆ "Sorry but your eligibility could not be validated with the information that you entered" this app does not work I followed it the instructions exactly as my information was stated on my ID card even putting my name in caps is it showing on my card. It's waste of time ! Fix-It people.
