IT department is pathetic. 45 second for OPT. 40 seconds to receive OPT-in email and ultimately the OPT get expires by the time you insert OPT. They should at least give 90 seconds for OPT. Struggling since a week to configure app in mobile. No success. I have to close the Roshan Digital account. No one respond to issue.

Its latest update is worse then ever. It's not even working. When I open it, it asks me to allow notifications but when I click the button it doesn't proceed further. Moreover, this notification setting is already on in my app settings. The interface isn't working or taking me anywhere. Nothing is working in this app. Please fix this issue.
