Useless. 1. You need phones with android 9.0 OS to operate transaction, meaning to say you have to buy new mobile phone if you are using android 8.0 phones 2. They doing apps maintenance regularly that prevent you from logging in when you most needed. Word of advice, close your may bank account, and change to other user-friendly bank.

Password is too short. I have a rather long password for my account and I can't type the password required because the password limitations. Please fix this problem as I'm probably not the only one using long password for their account. I can't use this app for I can't even fully type in my password.

Stupid blady App! Emergency can't even transfer called blady customer service not once but 4 funking times ended up they put my number under black list. It was 2:49 am. Better off choosing other banking company. Failures.
