The app is fine for the most part, but the cart just won't load at all for me. Sometimes it eventually works if I wait several minutes but usually nothing happens. That obviously makes it impossible to actually order anything, so the app is basically useless for me. It also appears to have removed everything from my cart - the number says 1 now, and it used to be around 20. So now, even if I can get it to work, I will have to start looking for everything all over again.

Poor service and poor trained staff. Shittiest pet shop ever. They force their customers to buy the biggest aquariums or cages, with the reason that the law says so, while they keep fish in aquariums of a few cubic centimeters, hand size, 20–30 fish, and if you want to buy 1 fish, they force you, invoking the law, hundreds of liters aquariums; when you ask them for an explanation why they keep fish in such miserable conditions, they say that "They have a license". Disgusting!

A coupon that was supposed to expire at midnight was not valid anymore already at 11pm. Also, I made several attempts to use Payback points to pay, but the app would open the browser to insert Payback credentials and authorize the operation, then, instead of activating the option on the app, it would let me continue on the browser. Hence, I could either get the 5% discount on the app but be unable to use Payback points OR use the points on the browser but miss the app discount. Unsatisfied.

You can't use Payback points to pay for your purchase, the function is there but just doesn't work. Navigation is overly complicated, lots of clicking and backtracking needed, not easy to use at all. It's very annoying because there are sales only available through the app, but it's a pain to use. Please improve the app or make the same rewars available through the website (check out your main competitor for a very good, easy-to-use app).
