Really bad experience. you can always expect min 2 hrs of wait time even after booking a suitable time. The app is bugged and mostly the video call would not work and the doctor would call you on voice call. Coming to consultation, the doctors don't check the uploaded reports and are in a hurry to get over with you. The prescription is provided only after the call is over and in case of any confusion or error in it , there is no way to get any clarification unless you book another appointment.

This app is just worst. They gave me two appointments. First they clled me in hospital and after waiting for 1 hour they just told me that doctor is not available then they gave me another appointment for video consultation and after waiting for more than 1 and half hour they told me that doctor is not available. They are wasting our time and they have wasted my two days. I am just very angry.

Please do not download this app nor make any payment with max for online video consultation. I had an appointment for a video consultation today at 12:30 PM, no call came through. The customer care number is non - responsive. They are a bunch of bloody frauds. Exploiting people and duping them of their money.
