I like the old version better. The schedule on the mobile app is horrible. The last version you were able to see the break-down of appointments now everything is jammed together. This version is not user-friendly. Considering going to Vagary which offers payment plan options as well as other features, and they are only $25 per month. I pay over $50 and fewer features and more complicated 😔

The software for the computer is great, but the mobile app is terrible, we have 8 therapists and half the time while trying to book using the app it says they aren't available when they are or are available when they are not, or says the rooms are unavailable. There isn't an easy way to look at the schedule as a whole for the day so trying to look to See if any therapist is available is practically impossible. Have to look at each individual's schedule and then it's not reliable. Major flaws

The new law that went into effect as of july 1 prohibits advertising massage services at the same media (site, board) that promotes prostitution, and it is a ground for license revocation and heavy fine. At least 10% of providers listed are prostitutes soliciting sex services. The fact that you can sign up as a provider without license verification and the license number is not listed on the profile puts every single massage therapist at risk of losing their license and paying fines.

I miss the old app. The square integration is not the same. It lacks features. Since the update, all the safed credit cards on my membership accounts have been deleted. They are making all these updates and still no integrated waitlists. Don't know why I stick with it at this point.
