I absolutely enjoy this app. It has made bookkeeping so much easier, and my customers love it. Although I do wish the add-ons were slightly cheaper, this is a great platform for my business. What I enjoy the most is the suggestions. I do like how they take your suggestions into consideration, and if you suggest something they already have that may have been overlooked, the representative will explain the process for you. That's customer service!

Mark ate has been a lifesaver! There is a bit of a learning curve, but the tutorials come in handy for that. Adding expenses to jobs on the mobile app isn't clear, but it is easy on the web portal. I have my criticisms, but for the low price point and great add-ons, you really can't beat it. Scheduling is a breeze, manages appointments, eta, and progress, keeping clients informed! I started with hard copy invoices and this has made organizing and tracking sales a breeze! Thank you guys!

Customer Service refuses to work with me. I signed up to use it for my new job, but apparently I signed up wrong, and it won't connect with thw business I work for. I asked if I can delete my account to start over and connect it with the company I work for, but they said they won't delete a public profile, which is crazy. Every public profile I've ever made can be deleted.

HORRIBLE!!! Tells me it can't accept image when you try to upload (which is required) it wouldn't even accept an image with just text! Can't sign up, this app is frustrating to say the least.

New to Mark ate and only been using a day so far inputting my customer contacts. 1st thing to be pretty frustrating on the app is entering their addresses. Every time I enter an address it recommends every possible option from countries around the world and not the address that's 4 miles away in my own town. So I have to manually enter everything for every customer. 👎
