In a 12-month period, it will remind you 2 times of your meter readings or other info. It It set up to text, email and send push notifications which it never does. Not worth having it on my phone.

Bug 1: if you have a. (period) character in your email address, you will get an "invalid email" error message when updating your profile. Bug 2: The app doesn't allow you to cancel your service. It asks you to update your profile address to stop service, but there's no way to update it, since clicking on your address leads you back to the main menu.
