★★☆☆☆ I had a very bad experience. It was very difficult to log in, had to change my password multiple times. When it eventually did accept my credentials, the app logged me out, but eventually I was able to log in after coupler days of trying, also I straggled with receiving OTP number. All I can say is that the process is t user-friendly, I had to send emails to help desk which I think it was also not so helpful. Connect site also has too much confusing information rather than being straight forward.

★★☆☆☆ I am a first year student at Mancosa, and this app is terrible. There is no support from the student advisor's or technical team. I've been reading reviews on here dated back to 2020. It's 2023, and it still gives the same problems. It looks like Mancosa has no plans on fixing this stupid app.
