Excellent application for Everbridge Customers! The Mobile Manager application is extremely user friendly and enables designated individuals to access the full range of Mass Notification features from their mobile device. Everbridge staff have been extremely responsive to enhancement suggestions and continue to develop the app as new features are introduced to the platform.

Temperamental at best, this application tales great labor to log into and then in between the time it took to get in and you need to go back into it... great labor once again... this app will be completely dysfunctional in a real emergency

Would not let me register. Called local sheriff's info faster than this app responded.

Simplifying is one thing. Working completely differently than the desktop (ie contact order) AND not including the ability to do very important things like use community engagement are major design issues. The app ssentially useless unless in dire straits or doing the most basic of basic notification.
