Extremely bad system, OTP never arrives, and payment gateway fails most of the time. We were asked to insure online, and now we are inside KSA without insurance.

Very Bad experience. While filling all details, stuck at payment method, there is and error of putting right format of month i.e. MM. Even I followed the same pattern

Has critical issues. OTP doesn't work, sometimes payment gateways crash. It's very unstable. Some forms are not probably made. You can't insure a vehicle for future time. Contact us form only works for Saudi numbers.
