Technicians are or workers are not well-trained. They just try to complete work in talking. Overall very, very bad experience. Specifically please don't call them for AC service or maintenance. They will simply destroy the product.

Hello everyone. Many beauticians in this app are untrained and unprofessional. I got service so many times but always unsatisfied. They are not even sincere to thier owners. I requested them, so many times so send me professional beautician but always disappointed they don't know what to do and how to do. Only Nazia bibi is a good beautician for waxing.

Ordered for an automatic washing machine maintenance cleaning. The crew said they do not remove the tub for cleaning. I said ok don't do it I will get it done properly by someone else. I paid him 800 visit charges which was said on app, but he demanded 1000 which I did pay him. Next day I booked for solar cleaning. I got a call frok technician that he will come at 1 pm. I said make it 2 as it is jumma time he said let's make it 3. I said ok. He comes as maghrib for solar cleaning!

My first ever experience with Mahir Company is quite discouraging. I gave an order for solar panels washing. Date and time of order was confirmed by Mahir team. Exactly at the time when they were supposed to reach my home, I was shocked when I received a call saying that we are busy this week and the order can only be processed next week. I told them that I am not available next week & it is quite unprofessional to confirm an order and then refuse at the last moment. So, order was cancelled.

If they are in a civilized country, they should be fined enough to repent of this false statement. I got a call 25 minutes before the time I booked solar cleaning that we will service tomorrow not today. The person takes the time that the work will be done today, and they refuse at the last moment. Such actions can be done only in Pakistan. If it were in a European country, there would be so many fines that everything would have to be sold
