I have to log in into the app every time I open it. Lengthy tracks will only play for few minutes, unless I download them, which works only after few tries. It used to work fine on my windows' laptop, but now it's telling me I don't have an active subscription. All issued already reported in other reviews but never addressed by support. Nobody responds to emails. It's unfortunate because when it actually works the app is very enjoyable. In its current state it is a work well begun, never done.

I periodically get a message that I'm not subscribed to the app, even though I have the receipts for the monthly payments. Login fails.

Every time I would open the app, it requires me to enter my email and password. It wasn't like that before. Kindly fix that issue because it is annoying. I've endured that for several months already.
