★★★★★ Works well and easy to install. The pin that is being referred to was on the paperwork that was posted to me.

★★★★★ Helpful to an extent & nice counselors but session not long enough to actually feel much benefit. Just as I start to get into it & feel comfortable it ends leaving my emotions a bit raw & up in the air.

★★☆☆☆ Shocking service. Doesn't call the correct number when you have changed it and refuse to take ownership

★★☆☆☆ Can't navigate back and keep having to start again when trying to make an appointment

★★☆☆☆ Unable to register says you have been sent a PIN to my email, how can they when I've not entered my email address. No email, pin or instructions how to register without having the above issue. Waste of time and effort!!

★★☆☆☆ Cannot register. Stuck in Declaration Accept loop. Says user already registered but no emails to confirm password. All far too slow! Will be cancelling policy at first opportunity if this keeps up.
