When I first downloaded the app. I could log in w/o a problem. The app was weird but I could still login. A week later I tried logging in & got an error code stating my username & password were incorrect. No one in my family changed anything. I can log in online but not via app. I called customer service & honestly, the rep sounded shocked that I was even trying to use it, even asking me why I was trying to. He spoke unsure of himself & what lumps could do. I still can't log into the app

Disappointing. With Spectrum when I was traveling, I could at least watch some channels. With Lumos, if you try to watch anything you get a pop-up saying, "must be at home to watch this, the only content you can watch away from home is a subset of channels." It's really irritating that they don't gray out ones you can't watch. But after clicking on several dozen and none working, I don't think you can watch anything. Might go back to cable...

I like the fiber optic service just fine, but this app is simply awful. I can't look at any billing statements. I can't see them on the website either. I also can't check/update/change my bill payment source on this app, just like I can't do any of that on the website. Whoever designed this app and whoever built the website needs retraining. I always get what I need when I call customer service, but I wouldn't have to do that if the website and app worked better.
