Not user-friendly. In relation to custom playlists please allow options to move song or album between saved playlists by long click. Please add custom playlists tab in the main panel. Also, loading up custom playlist is also taking too long. Scrolling a long playlist take a long time, please allow jumping from current position to bottom and top of the list. The app is otherwise stable and nice. BubbleUnPn is much better in this department and so is blue sound app.

Old reviews are invalid, the Android app was completely rewritten due to issues mentioned in past reviews. It's now reliable and one of the reasons I stay with Lumin (I own 3 devices, U1 mini, M1 and U2).

Very nice streamer control app, search function fantastic. Playlists when longer is a bit tougher to scroll, by pressing playlist index - man can get to actually playing index. By long click it, there could be index manual insertion, or when play continues from begin after reaching the end - some way to return to end would be helpful, because new stuff to the playlist goes to its end. When discovering music - those items are added there as well. PIs add 2 playlists swapability :)

Using for a Teac NT505 with success. Stable as far as I am concerned. Some confusing part; why when browsing library in artist view, clicking an artist name expands all albums of chosen artist? Would be better showing albums and then clicking on the album would expand to show songs. Maybe it's just that I am not used to it, but it is frustrating when all I want to see is the albums.

As users of Lumin U1 Mini know well, it is an expensive network streamer. It has no user controls whatsoever depending on this app for all settings and music playback controls. Very unfortunately this app does not reflect the hardware quality and price. It looks and performs like a poor cousin to other streaming apps like Spotify or Tidal. Granted they are not exactly apples to apples. UI is important, but it's something one can get used to. IF and this is a big IF, the app does not have bugs or runs slow or exhibits weird behaviors. So, only realistic option is to use Spotify via its Connect feature. No such luck with either Tidal or Soyuz. If anyone has figured out other options, please enlighten. Thanks, I need help.

The lumin as a product is great, but the app build for android is just horrible... crashes constantly...I tried it on the iphone and it works flawlessly.
