Love Junk does what it's supposed! Once I accepted a bid I was happy with l, I had my junk removed. It was fairly easy, arranged, collected with no fuss and paid once the job was completed, which a photo was provided before I got home for viewing. Even though I wasn't home at the time, communication wasn't a problem as we had in-app messaging. I used the app a couple of years ago and again last year. It's nice to see consistently good customer service. I'll definitely be using it again.

Absolute rubbish have not won 1 quote, and now they banned me for some silly reason I also got accepted for 1 then the customer turned away, full of people who dump rubbish I recommend check a trade and my builder if you are serious this is another gumtree full of messes

'What a load of junk!' - Luke Skywalker. The app only appeals to refuse and furniture collectors, who require payment. Useless if you're trying to give it away for free. Its stressful moving home with the costs involved, so why would I want to pay for someone to take it away, when they are more likely to sell it on to furniture restorers, etc.? I found it easy, just to pass on my used furniture onto charity shops.

Detects address from postcode but then says postcode is not valid, so I post listing.

Looks good Until it makes you fill in all the details of the item and then only afterward does it mention that there are no collectors in my area. Total waste of time. Why not check post code first before making you complete the item info in detail.
