★★☆☆☆ App usually doesn't work, so I can't use it to order shead...but even when it does, my local LJS can't redeem points.

★★☆☆☆ As much as I enjoy the food, the app & website for this place is very poor. The entire rewards system is broken, and I've never gotten what I've earned. They have a section for order history that is always blank, so there's no way to track what rewards I'm supposed to have. Even after placing an order, and weeks after picking it up, the app will still say they are preparing an order that doesn't even show up in the order history. There's also basically nothing on the offers page. Needs revamp.
