★★☆☆☆ I am disappointed with Liv X app. Since I downloaded this app. I am unable to open it. Every time I log in the app being crashed and closed same time. Even I have called customer service several times. They replied me the issue has been resolved, but app is still crashing and not opening. I disabled my phone developer option too. But no use. I am frustrated with it. But should I do with it, I don't know now.

★★☆☆☆ One star. I am calling several days to resolve the issue because the app wasn't working in my Android phone. They replied me back that they have resolved it. But the issue was not resolved. Therefore, I opened the app with different Android phone, but it doesn't open. I opened in iPhone 11 and 13 pro. It worked and app was responding very well. I called them again and Ms. Evelyn answered the call. I explained the issue she was keep repeating that my mobile have issue. Or account have issue.

★★☆☆☆ I received my card, but cannot log in to start using it yet. Have been trying for 4 hours now, the app crashes overtime I try to log in
