Customer service is nonexistent. For almost a month I haven't been able to message anyone at all. I can type the message, but the application won't let me send it whether I have coins or not. I emailed, I messaged customer services and got 0 replies back. Therefore....here is my poor review. If you reply and fix this issue I will change it to be higher but until then I will continue to be incredibly disheartened. Sincerely, The person who has asked countless times for assistance and got nothing

Terrible!*@#$^;^ The first time I was able to sign in to this app it stated my account had be closed contact support so I did and never received any reply. Then I created a 2nd account and spent a week waiting on approval for my photo which never happened. Then finally on my 3rd try I got in using the HITI app which turned into LITI? Now the app will not load. The worst part of this is no support. I have sent a multitude of messages to the support team and have yet to get any response!
