★★★★★ Useful for finding your way around LHR, but its integration with Heathrow Rewards is just abysmal. Whoever thought that forcing users to repeatedly enter their user ID and 16-digit card number each time their login expires is a good UX (I can understand the password, even though to store and protect it is hardly a rocket science) should never be allowed to design another app.

★★★★★ Could be a really useful app. Seems to be delayed in flight status (edit: does not update with delays) and would be very nice to be able to add previously booked parking. Otherwise, it's a clean interface, and it's nice to have all Heathrow related things in one place. I can maybe see myself using this for future travel. However, I'd not want to rely on it for active flight status.

★★☆☆☆ Useless. Like most UK companies the new improved version is broken from the off. Years of Heathrow Rewards worked fine - the all new Heathrow was created and launched as an untested piece of junk and surprise it doesn't work.

★★☆☆☆ Honestly, this is a really poor app. Asks you to link Rewards with Parking, then doesn't do it once you have. Also, lots of logs in issues! And when you try to reset your password, it doesn't email you or recognize the email you registered with! Really needs to be looked at from a user perspective....you need to actually test it properly if you want it to work well in Production!

★★☆☆☆ Wheelchair passengers taking connecting flights at Heathrow Airport beware Wheelchair service is difficult to get I had to take my wife in a wheelchair myself

★★☆☆☆ Points for purchases, at any terminal, never get credited to your account. And if you try to claim them it is almost impossible. Only 10 claims per year are allowed. And only one receipt per claim. That is providing you are able to find out how to do a claim in the first place. Also, the confirmation email you receive after you make a claim always asks you for a lot of extra details (looks suspiciously like a phishing email).
