Customer service is very good through the chat I had some bad times, but they changed my payment cuz I told them I couldn't do it any more. But they help me with it and I stayed wirh them

★★☆☆☆ A MAJOR RIP-OFF! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEY DON'T EVEN HELP LIKE THEY WERE CONTRACTED TO DO! They were 6 months into my credit report which only had a couple of things I needed to be straightened out, and they couldn't even do that. THEN, WHEN I STOPPED USING THEM, EVERYTHING THEY FIXED IN MY CREDIT REPORT WAS REVERSED! SO NOT ONLY ARE THEY THE WORST FIRM OUT THERE BUT THEY'RE ALL SO VENGEFUL! BE CAREFUL! BEWARE! You're much better off doing it on your own or having a real lawyer help you with it!
