This is the best of the minimalist digital detox phone launchers that I have tried. Its beauty is in its extreme simplicity. With the other launchers I tried, I found myself replacing my old app habits with fiddling with the launcher settings instead (I know, I have a problem lol). But this is SO simple, there's nothing to do but pick your only 4 apps (or 8 if you pay the very small fee for premium). THANK-YOU to the app developers, amazing ultra simple app that's saving me from myself!

Less than 1/10 of the price of Minimalist Phone and has a permanent lite mode. Not as feature rich, but you don't need to pay THIRTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS for it. It's basically Samsung UPSM, but you get 4 apps + Calling instead of 8 apps. You have just enough room for the necessary apps. Only thing I would want (stolen from minimalist phone 🤫) is an option like giving chosen apps a timer before you're allowed to open them, so you don't just make one of your 4 apps TikTok and doomscroll anyway.

Can't access installed apps not on home screen? Like the minimalist look of the paid dark screen version, but have not found a way to access any installed apps not on the home screen. While it's great to think that's maximum of 7 apps available on the home screen is all you should have access to, this is not realistic.
