I give zero rating cause this banks service is zero and staffs are rude, unprofessional. This is the reason why im going to give only one *. Ek min ko kam lai 5 min wait gar van era 10 min ma sodhna jada pani I have lots of work van era bank ko staff le return garidinxa customers lai and the way they talk that's rude and wild. I faced this issues more than 3 times, it's been almost 5 years I have opened my account there.

Dear lax mi please today you made me ashamed because I was on pathau with trust of to do payment on online and when I reached the destination the banking server was suddenly down I did try more 10 time to do payment, but I cannot then I called my parents to do payment, one thing I tried to reach home early to attend my online class ironically I got scold my parents, and miss class plus I ruined my reputation in front of my parents and pathau so I suggest everyone to not trust online service at
