Lark has been a new app I started. It has kept me to look at my mental health and physical health. It allows me to enter info based on questions. The questions are crucial for day to day guidance when needed, even eating better and weight management!

It's been good so far as a reminder to eat right and workout. I'm not sure it's 100% accurate, but as a free resource and a free scale, I enjoy it.

The app is very slow. It is less like a coach and more of an annoying nag. I've been using it for a couple of weeks, primarily to stop smoking, but I haven't seen any smoking cessation content yet. Overall, not helpful and a pain to use.

Very dissatisfied with this app. Worked okay when I first started using it though entering food is tedious and the calorie information is not even remotely accurate. I connected to my Fitbit, but my information never transferred to the Lark app, so I had to enter my steps, etc. manually. Since installing the last update it no longer works at all. The green screen comes up when I try to open the app, and then it never moves past that. Will likely uninstall and go back to My Fitness Pal.
