Loving the experience as a remote worker, moving to new places and always being welcome to a well organized and fully furnished home with Landing. No hastle of moving with furniture from one place to another. I love to travel and this makes it so much easy for me. This is truly revolutionizing renting for remote worker. Keep up the good work Landing team!

★★★★★ Awesome people I have talked to with the company, supper helpful with any questions I had while moving in been a great first week! Looking forward to many more cities!

★★☆☆☆ Great idea, poor execution, terrible customer service. Service requests I made took weeks to get a response if I ever got one at all. A few times I had to contact the apartment complex directly to get help. Once I had no Wi-Fi for two weeks because no one replied to my multiple service requests or emails. They also say on their site they require two weeks notice for move out but don't clarify that's only for transfers, and otherwise you need 30 days which is misleading. Stay elsewhere if you can.

★★☆☆☆ I don't recommend Hello Landing. The apartments themselves are great but if something goes wrong you're on your own because customer service sucks! Someone opened my mailbox and took my package and the company just washed their hands when a key is needed to open the mailbox. Getting the parking permit takes days, and you have to do everything to make it happen because they're very slow. The worst, someone opened my apartment (this person had the key of my apartment 🤯)
