Never had opportunity to use LA Wallet. But in a way, it's nice to have card pictures handy on phone. Can't ever get it to show my Medicaid Health Plan Card, either original or company's. Can't scan up cards to app. This seems like wasted space, mostly. Some interesting links in menu, including Help & Faqs. No freezing problems or anything like that. No ads. Also stores Driver License/State ID; LDWF license; "My Vehicles"; Concealed Handgun Permit; Smart Health Card: Covid Vax record.

I love this app, just wish we could add a few more items to it like our car insurance and house taxes or income tax information Medicare cards other than that I love the app

Doesn't accept Missouri licenses, won't accept the barcode for said licenses. Certain websites now specifically require this app - sites that people from all over the USA use from their homes. What, am I expected to buy a Louisiana Driver's license as well now? JK. You can bypass the "age verification requirement" of the good ole phub that requires this app by simply switching to mobile data / disconnecting from Wi-Fi, or even using a VPN if you're stuck on a computer. You're welcome.

What a suprise. A Louisiana system doesn't work at all. It will not except remote codes. It doesn't except out of state drivers licenses. Just like Louisiana govt, to be the oppression keeping us from doing simple things required for a quality of life. Garbage app.

I honestly don't see the purpose of having LA wallet a lot of places does not accept it Today was the final straw I lost my wallet and I went to the bank trying to get a replacement on my cards, and they told me that they could not accept my LA wallet for identification So now I have to wait until I go to DNV to get identification
