Very Bad Experience. Bought gold coins from them in 2019 & sold them back in 2022 filling required form. Was supposed to receive money in account within 10 working days but did not. Then they promised new date & then another & so on. When called them on their third due date, the receptionist misbehaved (saved call recording to proof that her misbehavior was one-sided uncalled-for & unwarranted). Wrote about incidence with proof on their email-id. No response, let alone any apology. Avoid Kundan
