The app works excellent except for a few items. - it complains very quickly when DNS response times take more than a second - Google Home doesn't have access to a changing from heat to cool and other features. - some compatibility issues with Samsung home button bar, overlaps with Sumo buttons. ZI would like to see a low BTU/hr setting that lets us use 500W cooling to conserve power, especially during peak demand.

It does NOT WORK! Will NOT connect to cloud! And Mitsubishi will not help, will not answer phone or answer email requests for help. Strongly suggest customers use another brand I'd, you're wanting to connect remotely by Sumo Cloud app!

Awful. The programmed schedule only works intermittently. The other day I was super hot at 3am and pulled up the app to see that my home was at the daytime set temp. It claimed it was running as programmed. It was cold enough outside that it should have dropped quickly to the overnight temp. Menus and options aren't intuitive at all. If much preferred my old thermostat and app which is of course not compatible with my Mitsubishi heat pump.
