So far so good, works well with my walking pad r2. Only real "complaint" is you can tell it's not optimized for us in the imperial world, but it's minor. Otherwise, it does what I need.

Ok, I had trouble connecting to this app. I emailed the address for help in the manual. I got a quick helpful response. For some reason this app opens as international version. I finally got the U.S. version and got sighned up and now So far everything is working great. I have no idea how I got to the U.S. version. I love my King smith walking treadmill, and now I have total control of all settings.

The app seems to work consistently with the device I have (rowing machine) but it fails to share data with Google Fit / Health Connect and I can't see any permissions missing preventing that.

Useless. Keeps disconnecting from the Walk pad X16 every 15–20 minutes. Also, the support is useless. Promise to revert within 24 hours but never do.

Great idea for an app, and it used to work fairly well. Recent updates have made it harder to use Bluetooth (taking multiple attempts to connect sometimes), it now doubles counts some of the sessions towards my total, and it is now forcing me to use the metric system on the app even though my walking pad uses the imperial system and I have used the imperial system for the last 4 months on both app and walking pad. Literally, this app gets worse with each "update."

It doesn't make any sense why this app needs my precise location data for it to connect to the treadmill.
