Absolutely garbage speed, transmission of tickets, maintenance issue, requires weekly storage and cache purges because it can manage its own storage, horrible user interface and just not worth it. If they didn't have a mono-poly in the area I work, I would absolutely use something better.

This app is so far behind ticketing software that I was using 3 YEARS AGO. The support system is a joke, the management for the app doesn't care about it and the people who made it clearly have no idea what we do or how important it is for this software to work correctly. Truly disappointing for such a critical program. Edit: Just downloaded the latest update for the app and SURPRISE, it's even worse now. Load times have tripled, and they clearly aren't listening to the companies who use this bs.
