The doctors who handled my case specially my chicken pox did very great job. I want to thank you Doc Jenelyn Yap and Rosemarie Bali was. Tho my HMO paid for all consultation costs, Consult MD did great job to take care its patients virtually. This app helps people like me to talk private doctors and i don't need to go directly in hospitals or clinics.

The app is not working it keeps asking for OTP but when you enter the otp it says the otp expires

The phone number verification where it sends you a code makes the app unusable. I was sent the code, entered it into the app, and was told multiple times that the OTP expired. I have inputted the code into the app allmunder 1 minute and yet it says otp expired. Makes the app completely unusable.

THIS APP IS A SCAM! If I could rate this as zero star. The doctor I scheduled consultation made me wait for almost 30 minutes just to decline my already paid consultation fee. And to make the experience worse, the reimbursement took so long, I haven't received it until today, it was almost 2 weeks! Their terms said it will be only 48 hours for refund. The CSR I was talking to only asked my disbursement acct details repeatedly but no reimbursement made.
