Cannot Add the H2Wise+ to my Kohler Connect account. It keeps getting stuck at "Permission Needed Storage and location permissions need to be allowed in order to continue. This can be changed in Settings." My Settings allow storage and location already. 2/12/24 Update - Was able to install device onto my profile but had to use an iPad since application did not support Android version 10. App is functional after being added to profile. Kohler did reach out and was responsive to the issue.

Updated review: 1/31/24 Thank you for listening, Kohler. The update fixed the issue for me. I now have access to the app again. That was fast! Great service. Going from 1 star to 5 stars, overnight. Previous review: 1/30/24 Upgrade phone to S24 Ultra. App does not support the software. It worked great on my S21 Ultra and my iPad for the H2Wise+. Please update to be compatible with One UI 6.1 and Android 14. It only says, "Kohler Connect isn't responding - close or wait." Help!!!!

Cannot connect the app to a brand new H2Wise+. Stays on Loading and that's it. Spent hundreds to have it installed by a plumber in addition to the cost of the device. Have a ticket open with Kohler but no solution yet.

Purchased Kohler Setra faucet and after several hours of troubleshooting, the app will not connect to faucet.

Can't connect at all. Why can't the speaker just pair to my phone? Why must it need an app? And why does the app need Bluetooth to work? I've spent way too much time with this speaker! Garbage.
