★★★★★ I love KnocKnocK! There is no dry cleaner on the doorstep so easy and convenient, especially for large items such as coats and duvets. Also, very convenient for early morning and late night delivery and delivery time-I have been trying to book for the past week and it is too busy

★★☆☆☆ The new update doesn't work with android and wiped out my top-up of wallet. Judging from other reviewers, I'm not the only one. Have to resort to giving feedback here as Knock express surprise.

★★☆☆☆ I would have given no stars if possible. Have been using their platform and service for a few years, mainly for laundry purpose. For whatever reason their service are going downhill, especially the delivery service. I have not received my laundry till date and have been told time and time again that it will be delivery tonight. But still not here. The CS mention that they are currently upgrading their system and it's bad. Even the staff are saying it bad. I have no confidence in them anymore.
