So far, it's great, but for a 5-star rating, you have to be very precise on Kiwi points earning, I am not getting Kiwis on some merchants where I have already got the kiwis previously. There is no option to raise query on a particular transaction. Every time, this shows the general FAQ.

First ever payment got failed. Bad Impression. Installed by seeing ad flat 50% off on first transaction and the first transaction got failed. Now guess as first transaction got failed flat 50% off will not be provided saying your first transaction got failed.
