It's bad that the address form is a bit messy - a separate flat number is required to be added. Worst is you can't make favorite dishes or select best combination of your delivery.

Terrible application service! There’s no way to cancel or track an order. I made an order and mistakenly entered the wrong address. I called the hotline to cancel, and they assured me it was canceled. But an hour later, the delivery driver called to say he was at the wrong address! I called back to complain, and they put me on hold indefinitely—no one ever picked up. As a result, I’ll probably never get my refund. What a disaster.

BEWARE!: WORST KFC IN EU! So in oder to make myself clear: 3 orders in 9 weeks of "Mixed own bucket" for $$$$ always delivered drumsticks only. Last delivery had contact details of restaurant and the manager replied "please put in your order comment to have a REAL MIXED BUCKET as we only serve drumsticks nowdays"...WHERE IS THIS INFO ON THE MENU? 10PC MIXED CHICKEN = ALWAYS 10 DRUMSTICKS? WT? So the manager told us to spec in comment. 2 weeks later same and 2h later same. No! STOP CHEATING KFC!

This is a really terrible experience as a whole, it's supposed to be fast food but it's takes 2 hours for delivery. They are always late and never think to inform the waiting customer about any delay. The customer service is also horrible as a whole, rude agent and misleading. You guys need to do better!!!!

Unable to order meal with delivery, message "we do not deliver to the address provided by you" is displayed, despite my location being in delivery range when I check the map. Tried both GPS location and writing adress manually.
