I've never had any unpleasant experiences with the staff in any department. Add to that the great number of subjects within every genre and very large numbers of books they purchase & select to order in every genre each month. The Nov 21, 2023 update crashes my Samsung Galaxy Android device with every action. For example My Borrowing, In Transit -> crash. My Borrowing, Not Ready -> crack. Trying to check out a book -> crash.

Can't hold books The app won't let me hold books anymore. I push hold, and it just turns on a loading screen, but never loads and never holds the book. FOR THE LOVE OF ALL, UPDATE AND FIX THIS APP!

New update terrible. App does not save passwords. Not intuitive to find shelves or navigate. Downloads to Kindle TERRIBLE. Once you finally figure out how to even check out the book, you are just put back to the original place to find by random searching what to do next. Then you have to figure out what to click (twice!) to actually download. Then you have to remember your Amazon password. I've given up several times lately and am I reading a paper book for a while.
